Friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, although the coffee could have been warmer. it was a good experience with only minor issues to note.

We experienced a horrible delay in getting our rooms ready, leaving us frustrated. One of our rooms had a malfunctioning air conditioning system, making it uncomfortable to stay. The staff's lack of concern after raising these issues made the situation even worse.

i almost thought this hotel could be decent, but who knew a broken elevator and ineffective air conditioning would ruin it? the staff couldn't even find my expensive delivery, but i didn't receive any apology or special treatment. frankly, i expected at least a complimentary gesture for all the hassle, but apparently that's too much to ask for here.

I absolutely loved the fresh croissants and the variety of organic juices at breakfast! Everything else was fine, but the air conditioning could've been better.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating, you know, made us feel welcome right from the start. Lisa the receptionist, she was brilliant, checked us in with a smile and gave us the scoop on the breakfast options.

It wasn’t inexpensive but not outrageous either.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Comfort Double or Twin Room. The breakfast had superb variety, featuring many delicious options. My room was clean and comfortable, equipped with an excellent coffee machine. Staff offered umbrellas during rain, a thoughtful touch. Perfect location near public transport! ☔

We had a fantastic time exploring the museums and shopping areas around this place with friends. The location is super convenient for walking to local attractions. The beds were comfy and we loved the breakfast options. The staff was friendly and accommodating !

The Comfort Double room was modern and decently sized with a comfy bed. It had a small fridge, a coffee station, and a desk, but the safe was way too high for my wife to reach. We did enjoy the electricity from the nearby tram, making city exploration super easy. The windows opened fully, which was nice as we had to keep them open some nights due to heating issues. A bit pricier and missing standard amenities like toothpaste, though.

During my stay, one of the two elevators was out of commission for a couple of weeks, leading to frustrating waits, especially when checking out. My room had an issue with the air conditioning. it got warm even with the unit switched off, which made for some uncomfortable nights. The furniture was rather dated, and the carpet could've used a thorough cleaning. I had to suffer through noise from the corridors that disrupted my sleep, which isn't what I signed up for after a long day navigating the city.
